Mail Call for Sophie
![]() |
Annette of Biscuits by Lambchop and I “met” on Twitter, Facebook, and later during Dr V’s blogathon. She bakes biscuits and I make beads, so we did a little trade.
I sent her one teeny bead and received a big box of goodies in return. Wow! How did that happen? I forgot to take a photo of the “Lampchop” bead (her mascot), but she sent me the photo seen here. |
I alerted Sophie that she might be getting a package in the mail today. She was very excited. She wanted to get to the mailbox as soon as she heard the news.

Anticipation. Sweet anticipation!

Bliss. Pure bliss.
Biscuit Footnote
Thank you for the biscuits, Annette. Very fun shapes, great packaging, and… delicious! The other day DrV mentioned tasting one of your biscuits – that wild-n-crazy DrV. No, I don’t think so. Wait a minute… they look pretty yummy. Such cute stars. But I have a sweet tooth, not a meat tooth.
Then I checked the ingredients – no meat. Just ingredients that are easy to understand, like garbanzo bean flour (gluten free!), coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract and potato starch.
So… OK. I tried one. Yummy! I can’t believe I just typed that. They are so cute though. Just a few little stars with tea in the morning. I mean… for Sophie. As I drink my tea.
